蘋果終於在今（20）日開放下載更新 iOS 11 作業系統，不過，為讓大家能夠順利更新，蘋果官方也在官網公布 4 個更新前應該要注意的事，包含檢查裝置相容性、熟記密碼、準備好 Apple ID，以及確認有足夠的空間容量。
1.檢查相容性
官方提供了 iOS 11 作業系統與各裝置相容清單。
iPhone 的部分：從 iPhone 5s、iPhone SE、iPhone 6 Plus、iPhone 6、iPhone 6s Plus、iPhone 6s、iPhone 7 Plus、iPhone 7 都可相容。
iPad 的部分：iPad mini 2、iPad mini 3、iPad mini 4、iPad（第 5 代）、iPad Air、iPad Air 2、iPad Pro（9.7 英寸）、iPad Pro（10.5 英寸）、12.9 英寸 iPad Pro（第 1 代）、12.9 英寸 iPad Pro（第 2 代）。以及 iPod touch（第 6 代）
不過，像是 iPhone 5s、iPad Mini 2、iPod touch（第 6 代）都屬較舊型的硬體規格，較不建議更新。

2.熟知密碼
若裝置上有設置密碼，記得牢記密碼已利更新。
若忘記密碼、在 iOS 裝置上連續六次輸入錯誤密碼，手機將會遭到鎖定並出現裝置遭停用的訊息，此時可選擇使用 iTunes、iCloud，或使用恢復模式來清除裝置以移除密碼。
3.準備好 Apple ID
Apple ID 是提供使用者所有 Apple 的服務及功能的帳號，包含 iCloud 和 App Store 等。
若須要重置密碼也須知道 Apple ID 的電子郵件位址。重置密碼的指示也會因 Apple ID 使用的安全類型而不同，包含：電子郵件、密碼和安全提示問題、雙重認證、雙步驟驗證。
4.足夠的容量安裝更新
若是透過無線方式進行 iOS 裝置更新時，可能會看到一則訊息，說明 iPhone、iPad、iPod touch 上空間不足，此時可利用 iTunes 進行更新，或是手動刪除內容再嘗試更新。
